Priceline Pharmacy partners with Australian Diamonds netball team
Priceline Pharmacy has cemented its role as a leading supporter of Australian netball by announcing a major partnership with the Australian Diamonds, Australia’s national women’s netball team. The agreement builds on Priceline’s existing relationship with Netball Australia through the Super Netball League and comes amid growing participation, audiences and commercial interest in the sport.
New uniform partnership kicks off this month
The partnership includes a prominent placement of the Priceline Pharmacy logo on the Diamonds’ playing uniforms. The branding will debut during the opening Constellation Cup match against New Zealand on Sunday, October 18.
The four-match series will continue across New Zealand, Australia, and New South Wales. Matches are scheduled for Christchurch on October 21, Sydney on October 25, and Melbourne on October 28. Priceline Pharmacy will host pre-game and in-game activations at the Melbourne fixture.
Corrina Brazel, Wesfarmers Health General Manager of Marketing, described the move as a natural extension of the retailer’s work. She stated that netball has a unique way of bringing women, families, and communities together, a dynamic that resonates with Priceline’s customer base.
Netball Australia CEO Mark Falvo welcomed the expanded agreement. He noted that the deal strengthens the organization’s commitment to supporting women and girls participating in the sport at all levels. Falvo emphasized the goal of delivering initiatives that champion health and wellbeing and support greater participation.
Support for First Nations netball teams
The deal also designates Priceline Pharmacy as Major Partner of the Black Swans, Australia’s Indigenous netball team, and the First Nations Tournament. Following a successful pilot in 2024, the tournament is now a permanent fixture on the national calendar. It celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent, culture, and community while creating pathways for emerging athletes.
For the retailer, which operates more than 470 stores and has over 10 million Pulse Rewards members, the partnership offers a platform to connect with consumers beyond its retail network.
The announcement coincides with the relaunch of Pulse Rewards, formerly known as Sister Club. To mark the change, the loyalty program is hosting a two-day bowling pop-up at Campbell’s Cove Forecourt in The Rocks, Sydney. The event runs from 12pm to 5pm on October 15 and 9am to 5pm on October 16. Visitors can discover the refreshed program and redeem $5 vouchers at participating retailers.
